Application Check List
Here is a check list to help you make sure you have everything you need to apply.  Start working on getting your passport now.  It is currently taking up to 3 months to process passport requests, so don't wait!

1. Online application
Click here to apply: https://secure.imb.org/student/. You will be applying directly to NAMB (Florida, United States and Canada positions) or IMB (International positions), so you will need to have three project numbers selected before you go online to apply. The application will ask for your top three choices of places to serve. You will select either NAMB or IMB as organization applying to. You will need to print two copies of your application and mail one to the Office of Collegiate Ministries, 1620 Tangerine Street, Melbourne, Florida 32901 and keep one on file.

2. Four (4) references
Be sure to process your four reference forms online while completing the application. These should be sent to the following individuals:
 - Pastor
 - Campus/Church Minister
 - Professor
 - Personal Friend who has known you well within the last two years
References will be returned to NAMB/IMB by email. It is a good idea to check with NAMB/IMB ten days after you complete your application to make sure that your references were completed.

3. Personal Covenant
Email bcm@flbaptist.org for a copy of the personal covenant form. You will need to mail it along with your application to the Office of Collegiate Ministries, 1620 Tangerine Street, Melbourne, Florida 32901.

4. Insurance Application
The Office of Collegiate Ministries will coordinate all insurance for students receiving scholarships. All expenses for insurance will be paid by the BCM Collegiate Missions Fund. Email bcm@flbaptist.org for a copy of the insurance form.

5. Passport photos – two (2)

Application Timeline & Process

October thru February - Complete mission’s online application and submit. Prayerfully read all materials and complete this application as God leads you.
February - State Collegiate Conference.
March - State Mission’s Training Weekend and Student Mission’s Commissioning Service, St. George’s Island Christian Retreat Center.
April – Notification of scholarship assignments made.
