What Is A BCM?The BCM is a place where all students can come to explore the teachings ofJesus Christ, meet new friends who share a similar value system, deepen their faith in Christ, develop meaningful relationships, and find encouragement to share the message of Jesus Christ with their fellow students and the campus community. The BCM is sponsored by the Florida Baptist Convention and is open to students of all denominational preferences, and serves as an extension of the area Southern Baptist churches on the campus!

Do I have to be Baptist to attend?
No! The BCM is open to any student!
Are there any fees to be a member of the BCM?
There is no cost to be a member of the BCM, but there are occasional costs for BCM events.
Who sponsors the BCM?
The BCM is the campus ministry of the Florida Baptist Convention and represents local Southern Baptist churches on campus.
Is BCM the same as BSU in other states?
Yes, in fact we’ve been known as the BSU in Florida as well as BCM and BSM. We changed our name to avoid confusion with other student unions on area campuses.
Where is the BCM Center located?
The BCM, a.k.a. The Baptist Student Center, is located at 1604 West University Avenue,
east of the Florida Book Store right on the corner.
